Click to initiate Generic Service Request
Select CIF Details using lookup
Select a CIF Details by double clicking on a row / record
Enter the Email ID
Select Service Type from dropdown
Enter the Best Time To Contact
Enter the Reason to Modify
Enter the Contact Number
Check off to accept the Terms and Conditions
Click to Submit
Displays the Review and confirmation details
Enter the OTP
Click to confirm
Displays the confirmation details
